Intensifying the colors and saturation levels in a photo of an impatiens bloom brings a soft, sensual quality to what had been a completely white blossom.
Deb Booth is a photographer and author who lives in the awe-inspiring Blue Ridge Mountains. Her work has appeared in galleries in Glen Allen, Richmond, Staunton, and Waynesboro, Virginia. She says, "I use macro photography to help me see bits of brilliance that might otherwise be missed—hence the name of my studio. In the music business, singers will do their own versions of another musician's work, and it's called a 'cover'. The way I see it, I do covers of some of Nature's greatest hits."
