"The Readers" is one of my most recent works in a large series titled Our Book Of Common Faith, which I began in 2000. Our Book Of Common Faith is an exploration of diverse world cultures/religions and the need for belief (or lack thereof) as a spiritual unifying force—as opposed to a divisive one. "The Readers" is done in mixed media, incorporating painting, glitter, jewelry, cotton, and other collage elements.
