Beebe Barksdale-BrunerBeebe writes:
"Mesmer Rose" is a computer painting. For my next book, I’m planning one that combines computer paintings and poems—probably fibonacci, a new poetry form that relates to nature and the form that represent the progression of numbers: 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13. The poetry form is based on the number of syllables in each line.

Beebe Barksdale-Bruner has an MFA in poetry from Queens University and a forthcoming book of poetry from Press 53 in 2007, It Comes To Me Loosely Woven. She has a background in fine arts, a BFA in painting from UNC-Greensboro, and work and awards in ceramics. She lives in Charlotte, NC, in a passive solar house with her husband and four irresponsible cats. She can be contacted via email at: beebe.barksdale.bruner@gmail.com.
