"Steve Seed" is the second photo in the Steve Series. I was wary of showing these compositions to Steve, since he had expressed doubt about the fitness of his own body throughout the entire shooting process, and seemed to find enormous fault in what seemed to me to be invisible skin or muscle imperfections. In fact, when he saw all the other photos that I had taken of him that day, he was adamant that his body was unacceptable. Mostly, he seemed to think that he was overweight.
