My beliefs have formed from many sources. One source is Wayne Dyer, a truly inspired being among us, who first suggested that we choose who our parents will be before entering the world. This choice makes sense to me, along with the choice we make to even be in this world. Ellen McMahill graduated with a BA in Art from Florida State University in 1973, only to find that there were many roads to travel before art would be the center of her life. Experiences she had and the beliefs that arose enriched her artistic expression. For seventeen years, she wove tapestries and participated in shows in Florida and the southeast.
